Job Description
3 6 months to start Senior Help Desk Supervisor/Lead even manager for an immediate requirement. At this point their help desk is small 3 4 people but the plans are to grow it so they are looking for someone who can supervise the Help Desk for now but who is interested and capable of working with them while they grow it.Candidates who have worked in ITIL environment is a definite asset.General Help Desk support environment Ms Office, etc.Monday to Friday (no pager support or after hours)They want to start with 3 6 months so they can evaluate the person and the role.
