Job Description
?Troubleshoot client inquiries via telephone or chat from the technical support queue
?Deliver outstanding customer service to direct customers in a high pace contact center environment
?Perform appropriate and timely troubleshooting of technical issues
?Meet performance standards in productivity and quality set by the department in a highly metrics driven operation; number of calls, length of calls, quality scores, and helpful recommendations
?Provide accurate technical solutions in an effort to resolve each issue upon the 1st call
?Work with customers to describe products and/or services, in order to persuade potential and current customers to renew or purchase products and/or services
Required Skills
What you need for this position:
?Be at least 18 years of age
?Troubleshoot FTP, email, and website connections
?Experience with Web Based Applications & Linux
?Type at least 40 WPM
?Willingness and desire to learn technical concepts such as Domain registration and basic understanding of web browsers
?Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment
?Manage sensitive and critical client information
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
?Problem solving and decision making skills
?Demonstrated good job stability in the past
