A bustling, growing technology company is looking for a passionate Help Desk Support Specialist to add to their team! As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via Remote Assistance Tools, E-mail, or over the phone, diagnosing problems and recommending solutions, referring more complex issues to upper level support roles, documenting calls, maintaining history records, and other related documentation.

A minimum of 1-2 years? Help Desk experience is preferred, as is a degree in a Computer Science related field. Successful candidates are comfortable in high volume call center environments, are great problem solvers and trouble-shooters. Diverse knowledge of operating systems is a great plus.
