JOB DESCRIPTIONMy client is looking for a HELP DESK SUPPORT TECH for their location in Woodland Hills, CA. This is a Permanent Position offering a salary range of $40-$50K. My client is only interested in local candidates.
* Provide support for PC desktop systems (approximately 250 desktops), including software, hardware, network connectivity, and installing updates.
* Help desk ticketing system
* Microsoft Office 365 application configuration
* New system builds and configurations
* Basic support for mobile devices.
* Maintain office equipment, inventory, and take corrective actions. Maintain printers.
* Education: High School diploma (or higher).
* Technical School (or higher) preferred, not required
* MCP Certification preferred, not required
* Two (2) years experience as a Help Desk Tech
* Microsoft Word: Intermediate skill level
* Microsoft Excel: Intermediate skill level
* Microsoft Outlook: Intermediate skill level
* Yardi Property Management software
* Cloud-based system experience
