JOB DESCRIPTIONIMMEDIATE HIRE!!!The Customer Service Agent will be taking a variety of calls from different departments including Information Technology, Accounting, Human Resources, Student Accounts, Purchasing, Schools and Legal.
Answering Tier 1 computer hardware and software trouble calls.
Basic troubleshooting for technical installs.
Generating trouble tickets into the Remedy System (A trouble ticket system to track computer hardware and software problems)
Interested candidates should possess.
Candidates must possess:
General Computer Knowledge.
Windows 7 troubleshooting skills beneficial.
Strong Customer Service Skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
Ability to pass a FBI background check and drug screen.
