Contract to Hire**Provides support to end users on a variety of issuesIdentifies, researches, and resolves technical problemsResponds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical supportDocuments, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolutionRelies on instructions and pre established guidelines to perform the functions of the jobMay involve use of problem management databases and help desk systemWorks under immediate supervisionPrimary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment Experience: 0 2 years of experience in the field or in a related areaA+ certification requiredBilingual English / Spanish requiredKnowledge of commonly used Help Desk concepts, practices, and procedures Weekend and night shifts requiredMay require an Associate's Degree in a related area
