We are looking for someone who is smart, dependable, driven and have a strong interest in an IT role br   br B RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE: /B br   br • Provides technical support to users for computer-related technical problems on assigned account(s). br • Provides back-up assistance on other accounts as needed. br • Answers help desk telephones and responds to basic customer inquiries to ensure customer needs are met. br • Assists customers in resolving basic technical problems by providing scripted guidance regarding software and hardware problems. br • Resolves and/or refers more complex technical problems through a defined escalation process. br • Logs and tracks inquiries using a problem management database and maintains history records and related problem documentation. br • Identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes customer problems and complaints to ensure that inquiries are resolved appropriately. br   br B REQUIREMENTS /B br   br     B Basic / Required Qualifications /B br   br • High school diploma or G.E.D. br • One or more years of technical training in computer support br • Experience working with company products and operating systems br • Experience with solving computer-related problems br • Experience with company escalation policy br • One or more years’ experience with MS Office 2003+, Outlook, Windows XP/Vista/7, Active Directory br   br B Strongly Desired Skills /B br   br • One or more years of technical or customer support experience br • One or more years of government or financial institution experience br • Technical experience with computer systems, peripherals, smartphones, remote resolution, networking, VPN br • One or more years’ experience with Remedy, Lotus Notes 8+, SAP, Remote Desktop, Mainframes, Internet Browsers (other than IE) br   br B Other Qualifications /B br   br • Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members br • Communications skills br • Organization skills to balance and prioritize work br • Analytical and problem solving skills br • Ability to work in a team environment br   br If you are interested please attach the most current copy of your resume.
