li High School Diploma with 1 to 3 years’ experience /li li Tech Support Experience /li li Help Desk Experience /li li Supporting Custom Software /li li Expert Customer Service Experience /li li Ticketing system experience /li /ul
  br B Main Responsibilities /B br ul
li Provides technical support to users for moderately complex computer related technical problems on a primary account /li li Acts as customer service lead/account specialist /li li Provides back-up assistance on other accounts /li li Answers help desk telephones for assigned account(s) and responds to moderately complex customer inquiries to ensure customer needs are met /li li Assists the customer in resolving complex technical problems on a primary account by providing guidance regarding software and hardware problems /li li Resolves or refers highly complex technical problems as appropriate /li li Follows up with customers to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved within the contracted or agreed upon time frame /li li Logs and tracks inquiries using a problem management database and maintains history records and related problem documentation /li li Identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes customer problems and complaints to ensure that inquiries are successfully resolved /li li Analyzes and evaluates inquiry/problem reports and makes recommendations to reduce help desk call rates /li /ul
