span Modis has an immediate job opening for a contract to hire Level 1 Helpdesk in the Fenton area.  Looking for looking for an outgoing, customer service focused analyst to provide exceptional front line support for our employees. Ideally, you should have at least 2-3 years of experience supporting a medium to large size enterprise primarily via phone interactions. This is a long-term opportunity with GREAT pay and EXCELLENT work environment! br B   /B br B Job Responsibilities /B br ul
li Identifying and resolving end user technology related problems via phone, chat, email, and social media. /li li Fulfilling requests which includes software installation and configuration. /li li Recording accurate accounts of all customer interactions in our service management suite, ServiceNow. /li li Managing and prioritizing tickets and daily workload to include incidents and requests as well as customer generated tickets and emails. /li li Communicating and escalating issues to internal support teams when necessary. /li li Creating and updating support documentation for the team’s knowledge base. /li li Providing after-hours support on a rotational basis. /li li Actively participating and driving a customer focused culture. /li li Learning, growing, and developing yourself in conjunction with company goals. /li li Having fun while getting the job done. /li /ul
  br B Job Qualifications /B br ul
li 1-2 years of experience within a help desk environment. /li li Experience with major telecom carriers preferred. /li li Ability to work both independently and within team environments. /li li Willingness to learn new technologies. /li li Associates or Bachelor degree preferred. /li /ul
