JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY span We are actively seeking an experienced contract High-Level Call Center Representative. You will be responsible for working with outside vendors, handling customer complaints, tracking and processing orders, finalizing sales and provide general customer service. B Experience with SAP is required /B . The ideal candidate will possess a minimum 2 years’ experience in either inside sales or call center. The hours you would be working for this job is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Pay is very competitive and will be decided upon experience level. br br Responsibilities for this Job: br ul
li Finalize sales orders and contracts and enter orders /li li Coordinate the processing and shipping of orders /li li Customer service, order tracking and credit processing /li li Return goods authorization /li li Handling of customer complaints and resolving issues /li li Claims management which includes: research, approval/denial /li li Processing claims and/or deductions. /li /ul

li Strong organizational and communication skills /li li Multi-task oriented /li li Problem solving abilities /li li SAP and CRM experience required /li li Enjoy a fast paced, challenging environment /li li Strong typing/word processing skills /li li Experience using Microsoft word, Excel, and Power Point /li /ul
