Job Description
Basic Qualifications
* High School graduate or equivalent
* At least 3 years of 'branded' timeshare/vacation ownership Sales experience.
* At least 1 year of experience as a TO closing sales.
* Previous Sales Management experience in the timeshare/vacation ownership industry is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
* 4 year college degree
* Proven ability to develop, train and motivate individuals in the field of sales.
* Proven ability to exceed performance targets.
* Successful closing percentages from previous sales positions. Strong closing skills with telemarketing tours.
* Proven ability to problem solve, resolve conflicts and deliver customer satisfaction.
* Proven ability to model the VC selling concept.
* Ability to manage responsibilities while working in a fast paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Computer literate including Microsoft products, Outlook and strong ability to use technology based systems.
Responsible for achieving/exceeding targeted sales goals for overall line and assisting in closing sales for vacation counselor within the department they are assigned. Working closely with sales management, the TO will help implement and maintain required contract and sales policies. Focus on the development of the sales force through coaching, performance management, development and attracting and retaining talent. Committed to the company's operating policies, procedures, sales and customer service philosophies.
