JOB DESCRIPTIONWho we are: A Managed Service Provider located in Los Angeles.
What we do: We provide IT support consisting to hundreds of our clients across the country. We handle a large volume of incoming calls from hundreds of our users.
* Looking for someone who is coming out of another Managed Services Provider (MSP) company - REQUIRED
* Looking for someone who has a strong experience with various ticketing systems (ConnectWise is highly preferred).
* The right candidate is currently in a senior support role in the IT department and has had a few years of experience as a TIER III support analyst.
* The right candidate must be well seasoned in supporting/troubleshooting various Systems and Microsoft Exchange Servers.
