Today, we are proud to offer atemp to hire opportunity to work as an IT Tech.Hispanic Marketing CoordinatorJob Summary:Develops and maintains marketing plans and activities for specialcompany marketing initiatives by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is to make sure all messaging to our Hispanic shoppers is timely and relevant for both banners across all media types. Responsible for creating and executing company Hispanic marketing plans. Responsible to represent the company banner on targeted Hispanic television media as on air talent. Responsible for Hispanic radio voiceover work for both banners as needed. Content development, program planning and store communications for targeted Hispanic programs. Coordinates grass roots Hispanic marketing efforts for company as needed. Coordinates and develops content for viable Hispanic electronic media ensuring all content is relevant, timely and translated properly. Reviews and negotiates contracts pertaining to Hispanic marketing in store and out of store promotions and events. Ensures that instore messaging is relevant and translated properly. Coordinates targeted Hispanic promotions by working with category managers, vendors and stores to ensure proper follow through of each promotion. Coordinates partnerships with local and regional sports teams, leagues and events to build awareness and community support with Hispanics. Coordinates implementation and follow through of specialty initiatives as assigned including targeted efforts, single store solutions, targeted store brands and company initiatives. Assists with Hispanic marketing budget as assigned. Answers telephone inquiries from employees and customers and takes appropriate action. Works with analysts to evaluate promotion results as assigned. Studies retail trade magazines and other information sources to stay current on developing Marketing trends towards Hispanics.Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job satisfactorily.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree in a related field from four year college or university and two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Able to fluently read, write and speak English and Spanish.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to represent both banners to the Hispanic community through various media types by fluently speaking Spanish and being able to communicate thoughts, ideas and concepts well. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint software. Ability to review, analyze, and interpret general business and professional journals, and technical procedures. Ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with groups of managers, employees, vendors, customers, and general public. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret technical instructions furnished in written or oral form. Regularly required to sit; use hands and arms for tasks that require reaching, handling, and fingering.Occasionally required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.Close vision and ability to adjust focus required. Noise level in the work environment usually moderate due to telephones, computers, and printers. Ability to review and interpret documents such as sales promotion guidelines, accounting information through the SAP portal, and procedure manuals.
