Job Description

Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated is looking for a Home Director of Business
Resources to fill an opening we have. This is a remote position - may
be worked from home. eWFM experience is required - eResourcePlanner is
a major plus. 3+ years of virtual call center experience is a requirement.
GENERAL PURPOSE:Strategic leader over resource management with an emphasis
on understanding of eRP as it applies to the virtual environment. Responsible
for continuously improving the SYKES Home strategy and business processes
and rules associated with employee scheduling and communications, and with
ensuring associated compliance.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Adheres to SYKES policies on ethics and integrity.-Define and implement
the strategy for resource management for SYKES Home.-Define and continuously
improve business processes and rules associated with SYKES Home employee
communications.-Ensure resource compliance to these processes.-Manage the
strategic relationships with the tool vendors.-Liaison and relationship
building with SYKES Global Resource Planning and OMD on a regular basis.-May
perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.GENERAL
MANAGEMENT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:As SYKES Home grows, this position

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be
able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed
below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
-Expert in resource planning in the virtual environment.-3+ years of virtual
call center experience as it applies to the virtual environment.-Knows
the capabilities and functionality of eRP and can apply to the work at
home agent environment.-Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally
and in writing.-Ability to matrix manage and to build relationship in unclear
situations.-Ability to work with others resulting in positive outcomes.-Knowledge
of reporting methodology, principles and procedures.-Skill in the use of
computer and related software. Including a working knowledge of industry
standard workforce management systems, Microsoft Excel and other Office
applications.-Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.-Recover
quickly from set backs.-Ability to demonstrate and articulate creative
thinking and a willingness to implement new approaches.-Highly motivated,
self-starter with a commitment to see proposals/reports through to their
completion and effective maintenance of the same.-Display a high level
of professionalism, integrity, and maturity.-Polished and poised. Project
energy, self-confidence, authority, and enthusiasm.-Strong Client facing
skills.
