The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care in the patient s place of residence. Care is provided under a physician s order, and coordinated through quality practice, case management, and through all aspects of the nursing process.
As a Home Health Nurse you will case manage a group of clients needing nursing care in their homes. You will work closely with the therapists and caregivers of your clients to ensure all needs are being met for them. Nursing care is provided in diverse settings and with multicultural, person-centered focus of attention.
The qualified candidate will have a RN license in the State of Oregon. 2+ years experience working as a RN is required; experience in Home Health as a nurse is strongly desired. Strong computer skills are a must as all documentation is done electronically. You will receive a laptop and mileage reimbursement as a Home Health RN.
