RHD Nashville is a supervised, community-based residential program designed to provide a range of established and innovative rehabilitation strategies for adults with developmental abilities who may be at-risk or in need of clinical treatment. The program
focuses on accountability, competence, least restrictive alternative, normalization, due process and control




RHD-Nashville is seeking a House Manager.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage program operations, including coordinating appointments and activities, providing training and guidance to persons served.

Attend circle of support meetings to represent RHD and the Mainstay prospective on providing supports.

Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Assist individuals with integration into the community by accompanying them to recreational and social activities, as needed.

Supervise direct support staff and lead staff, to include training and scheduling staff as applicable.

Provide on-call assistance to staff during emergencies and locate staff to fill shifts as needed.

Prepare reports and other correspondence in an accurate and timely manner.
Co-facilitate monthly staff support meetings
Assistance with maintenance and review of client records, (program and medical)

Model boundaries for staff and consumers.
Maintain home in clean and orderly manner.
Carry out items in ISP that are assigned to RHD.
Review BSPs to ensure congruency with RHD-Mainstay Model.
Assist with and attend house meetings, when available.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School diploma/or GED Required.
One year of experience
Position may require CPI permit, CPR, CDS Training, Medication Administration and first aid certification.

Valid driver s license
