Looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join Central Maine Hospitalists to provide comprehensive inpatient care under the supervision of Physician Hospitalists. Responsibilities include but are not limited to H&P, subsequent visits, care coordination, multidisciplinary rounds, consults, and ordering/interpreting diagnostic tests.

Must be flexible with scheduling. We focus on continuity of care and work a minimum of 1 out of 3 weekends, days, evenings, and nights. There is future potential for regional hospital coverage. This is a great opportunity for a motivated experienced Practitioner to become part of a growing, fast paced Hospitalist program with 12 Physicians and 4 Certified Physician Assistants.

Applicant must possess current credentials and licensure as a PA or NP with experience in hospital based medicine. Would consider ED, ICU or Cardiology experience as well. ACLS/BLS certification required.
