Job Description
This is an interesting challenge for a strong leader with business savvy. The facility is a winery tastingretail room, with plenty of space for banquets and events . . . largely under-utilized! We seek a manager with good hospitality management experience, some sales savvy, banqueting experience, and the ability to lead and inspire the team. You are NOT a stand-pat manager. You ARE a dynamic person who likes to grow things, improve things, and change things. Salary in the $90-100,000 range plus bonus.
