Responsibilities Includes:

-Request and count sundry bank and gift certificates from office

-Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner

-Answer telephone promptly and professionally

-Seat guests according to reservations and walk-ins

-Manage waiting list and seating chart when necessary

-Check coats, hats, packages and other materials into a secure area

-Maintain restrooms, lobby and lounge for cleanliness

-Take accurate reservations and seek management approval when needed

-Answer various questions from guests, such as questions regarding Mortons, directions to restaurant, special promotions, etc.
