Previous Hilton QnQ systems expertise preferred Ideal candidate must have previous experience in a hotel front desk operation coordinating day to day operations. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be very hands on and service oriented. The position will maintain a high quality of services offered to guests through management of the functional areas of reservations, guest registration, telephone and guest accounting so as to maintain established operational standards. Valid driver's license required Passion to provide exemplary guest service Proficiency with basic computer (PC) and office technology Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management a plus Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, this position requires that you have a flexible work schedule, as the hours for this position will may include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
