Job Description
Hotel Manager
Extended Stay Hotels seeks an experienced Hotel Manager to join its management team in the BostonTewksbury, MA area.
HOTEL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly manages the hotel staff on a daily basis; supervises a total of 8 to 10 employees on the Property. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
