Position is responsible for the long term planning, short term planning, and day-to-day operations of the entire location. Directly supervises the Food & Beverage Director, Lodging & Services Manager, Sales Manager, and Hotel Controller. Recommends implements and monitors the Hotel budgets, capital plans, 5 year plans, and exceeds expectations with approved budget constraints. Primary property contact regarding Revenue Management & Marketing strategies: development, review, and implementation; works hand in and hand with St Joe Club & Resorts Revenue Management Team & Marketing Team to ensure wants and needs are consistently exceeded.
