JOB DESCRIPTIONJOB DESCRIPTION:
To dispatch, track, complete & close all calls issued thru Synergy.
* Dispatch Synergy calls to Housekeeping & Engineering.
* Coordinate PRP & CARE between Housekeeping & Engineering.
* Maintains our work order/PM Program for Housekeeping & Engineering using Synergy.
* Responsible for communication with all departments with work orders in Synergy.
* Places orders for all departments in Synergy.
* Completes & closes work orders in Synergy.
* Tracks & Reports on Synergy trending for Housekeeping & Engineering.
* Ensures revenue capture for Rollaways and other charge items.
* Able to maintain Synergy and dispatch work orders for Housekeeping & Engineering.
* Able to use reporting functions of Synergy for Housekeeping & Engineering.
* Has a sense of urgency with guest requests.
* Ability to input spreadsheet data for Housekeeping & Engineering.
* Ability to utilize Opera to block rooms & change room status for Housekeeping & Engineering in order to perform PRP, CARE, contracted window cleaning, etc.
* Ability to effectively split time between Housekeeping & Engineering
