Then the position of Housekeeping Group Lead is for you!
As the Housekeeping Group Lead for The American Club, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by constant and consistent inspection of all guest rooms, linen closets, corridors, stairwells, carts and equipment. You will also be supervising the work performance of each room attendant, ensuring that all set standards are maintained.
* The ability to work independently with professionalism while maintaining a focus on quality and customer service
* Candidates should also have the ability to walk or stand for the majority of each shift, as well as lift or move up to 50 pounds
* This position requires bending and twisting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to outside weather conditions at times
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in housekeeping is required
This is a casual position, working up to an average of 29 hours per week. Hours for this position are primarily 8:00 am-4:30 pm, weekends and holidays are required.
