OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Program Manager to ensure the proper operation and performance of the following programs:

* Housekeeping Budget tracking

* Housekeeping Contract Scope Change Review

* General Housekeeping Program

* Body Shop Cell Cleaning Program

* Roads & Grounds Cleaning Program

* Emergency Response Clean Up Program (HazWoper)

* Site Contracted Services


MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

* Manage JLL Direct Reports

* Vendor / Contractor Personnel (30 40 Team Members)

* Absentee / PTO Coverage

* Cost Saving Initiatives

* Innovation Initiatives

* Landfill free Initiatives

* Weekend Management Coverage Measurable Objectives:

* Safety Compliance

* KPI Compliance

* Client Customer Satisfaction Survey

* IPMP Score & Program Compliance

* Pure Safety Program Compliance

* Business Plan Deployment

* Standardized Work

* Maximo Support

* Client and Vendor Relationship (Liaising between supplier and customer)

* This position supports represented workers.

* This position reports directly to Senior Facility Manager.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor s Degree or equivalent, preferred

* Previous Housekeeping experience required


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

* Knowledge of tools, equipment, services and supplies facility operation.

* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

* Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of Maintenance, Management and Client.

* Must possess strong aptitude and skills using Microsoft Office Suite applications (i.e., Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
