HR HELP DESK SUPPORT
LOCATION:- North Chicago 60064
SHIFTS WILL BE 2ND SHIFT
Start Time (AM/PM)
10am - 12:15pm Start Time Shift (2nd/Mid Shift)
End Time (AM/PM)
7:45pm - 10pm End Time Shift (2nd/Mid Shift)
This is a technical role however it is within the HR team and much of the data this person will be working with is confidential and involves time sensitive data. This person should have a good balance of technical aptitude and customer service. Not only will they need to research and resolve an issue but be able to succinctly explain it. It is very important that this person has integrity and a high level of professional maturity. Recent college grads are highly desired.
- Must have intermediate Excel Skills (V lookups, formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Must be comfortable manipulating data in excel
- Must have the ability to effectively manage data across multiple excel tabs
- An ideal candidate will be analytical in nature and able to investigate issues and troubleshoot errors
- This person will be able to learn quickly and be able to adapt to change
- This person will be resourceful and willing to learn new things
- Must be willing to ask questions and adapt to changing environments
- Workday experience highly preferred
- Additional Language skills in French(Canadian) or Spanish are highly sought after but not required
- Additional Language skills in Chinese or Russian are also of interest to the managers
- Service center experience a plus but not required
- The opening is for 2nd shift. Overtime is readily available.
- Associates Degree (minimum)
- 0-2years' work experience
MUST HAVE INTERMEDIATE SKILLS IN EXCEL AND THIS PERSON WILL NEED TO PICK UP ON THINGS VERY QUICKLY
