Job Description

Human Capital Management / Organizational Improvement Analyst
Position is on the research staff of a not-for-profit government consulting organization headquartered in McLean, VA.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supports team, primarily through data analysis and interpretation, to develop and recommend solutions to complex functional problems related to human capital management and organizational improvement with an emphasis on human capital strategic planning, workforce management, HRM business process improvement, HR operations and change management.
Specific initiatives position will support include:
Human capital strategic and workforce planning
Business process improvement and transition
Workforce development
Change management

Requirements:

TS/SCI Clearance with full-scope poly is required;
Bachelor�� s degree required, Masters preferred
Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience;
Strong data analysis skills, includes ability to maintain the integrity of project data, including data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis (primarily with MS Excel);
Strong problem solving, and analytical skills;
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
Ability to prepare (in MS PowerPoint) and deliver presentations;
