They seek a Manager or Senior Manager to join their growing team of entrepreneurially-minded, results-driven, intellectually-curious consultants. The ideal candidate will have a desire to change human behavior on a macro scale - a big thinker who can leverage their enthusiasm to drive results. This person will couple raw intelligence with business savvy-ness and accountability to lead a team of equally enthusiastic consultants through client engagements that "move the needle" and affect true change.


- Generate and develop new business opportunities for the firm

- Deepen existing client relationships into longer, more strategic engagements

- Partner with Directors / instructional designers to co-create solutions, and translate that into clear/solid proposals

- Lead a team of "A" players on complex programs/projects, providing project and people leadership to drive to expected outcomes

- Create project implementation plans based on diagnostic work

- Prepare for and develop content for client's coaching and facilitation sessions

- Develop the firm's intellectual property through internal and external research

- Lead and manage team members using talent management best practices

- Live the core values of the firm


- Bachelor's degree (required)

- Master's degree (preferred) in business administration, organizational behavior, or psychology

- At least 5-7 years of direct management consulting experience, including strong track record of developing new business

- Experience selling to the C-suite within the Fortune 500, ideally in a professional services setting

- Strong relationship-building skills both internally and with clients to create long-lasting client relationships

- Strong business acumen and ability to learn, apply, and communicate business-related concepts and ideas

- Presence (ability to carry a room of senior executives with confidence and enthusiasm)

- Intellectual curiosity, demonstrated interest in IP and corresponding research, and motivation to impact change

- Entrepreneurial fortitude - a builder who doesn't mind taking calculated risks

- Strong ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills

- Strong ability to employ research and analytical thinking

- Strong capabilities in teamwork and leadership

- Demonstrated ability to achieve results

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to maintain integrity and professionalism

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and primary/secondary research

- Willingness to travel

- Based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate
