JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY The HR Coordinator will assist with HR administration and the day-to-day operations of the business. This is an excellent opportunity to learn on the job and gradually move on to taking up major projects over the course of time. Willingness to work hard and diligently is a must. The right candidate should be able to handle confidential information in the most professional manner and at the same time maintain loyalty in all situations. This position will expose the individual to the many facets of HR administration.
DUTIES& ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist in the HR activities - recruitment, on-boarding, immigration, payroll, employee records keeping, benefits administration, etc.
Assist in the hiring process (interviews, background and reference checks, etc.)
Facilitate new hire orientations and completion of paperwork
Answer HR questions related to benefits, vacation, payroll, etc.
Create & maintain employment files
Reporting including but not limited to headcount, turnover, annual pay proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
The ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple time sensitive projects
Extreme focus accuracy & attention to detail
