Urgent need for a HR Assistant to work for a dynamic company located in East Los Angeles. Excellent oral and written skills. Looking for an entry to mid level career individual. Will process W-4's, AND I-P processing, benefits enrollment assistance to staff members, termination processing, individual will also be handling internal website portal Ability to multi task and support 3 HR members and tasks assigned by CFO is a huge plus. Co processes payroll via Great Plains. Individual will act as a back up support, as necessary. Kronos management. Computer proficiency with working knowledge in: MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel. College coursework or Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent highly desired. Typically requires 2 or more years experience.
