Currently seeking an HR Director to join a thriving organization offering a great team player environment, hands on training, competitive pay, 401k, and great benefits. As the HR Director you will get to implement the clients Growth Plan. Our client is a two time Inc. 500 company continuing to grow with an exceptional increasing annual sales. As the HR Director you will get to direct, coordinate human resource management activities of the organization to maximize the most strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies and regulatory company compliance.
Your daily task will be:
?Maintain employment and recruiting records
?Full cycle recruiting
?Sales recruiting experience is highly preferred
?Performance management and assistance with job creations
?Employee relations
?Payroll processing
?Compensation and benefits administration
?Train on organizational policy and matters
?Employee services and counseling as needed

?Management of personnel resources- motivate, developing, and directing people as they work
?Ability to communicate effectively in writing
?Great reading comprehensive- ability to understand documents

Education & Experience:
?Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resource management
?5-10 years of experience
