span Full Time br Job #: 1024-0928111211 br   br Job Summary br Provides administrative support to human resource management, as well as additional support to human resource operations at regional and division levels. br   br Essential Functions br 1. Responds to associate questions, concerns, and feedback on HR policies, procedures, and practices. br 2. Provides administrative assistance with Human Resources measurement tools, spreadsheets, and general tasks. br 3. Assists Human Resources Directors with investigations, information gathering, problem solving and special tasks or projects. br 4. Completes weekly audits to ensure compliance with the background screen, drug screen, I-9 and E-verify programs. Tracks and reports compliance trends. br 5. Provides problem solving support and interpretive support to company leadership regarding HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. br 6. Collects necessary information and responds to subpoenas, employment verifications and requests from the Department of Labor. br 7. Processes formal internal complaints and information requests from communities and the Human Resources team. br 8. Assists with administration of the leave of absence program, as needed. br 9. Coordinates pre-employment and random drug screening processes, as needed. br   br   br Required skills and qualifications:    br *High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. br *Minimum of one to three years of experience in human resources, preferably in employee relations; or equivalent combination of education and experience. br /span
