JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE OF POSITION: Human Resources Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Create, endorse, communicate, and enforce company personnel policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters
* Administer Workers Compensation and all other associated reporting and case management
* Commitment to helping company stay focused on Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives already in place
* Work directly with departmental management to assist them in carrying out responsibilities on personnel matters
* Recommend, evaluate, and participate in training and development for all employees
* Will play a strategic role in the retention, recruitment, processing, and hiring of personnel
* Responsible for working closely with the HRIS system and utilizing the system functions
* Will play an integral role in the administration of the salaried, hourly, and apprentice employees including but not limited to compensation and performance reviews

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's in Business or equivalent required; Master's Degreepreferred
* Must have previous Manufacturing Industry experience
* Strong Technical knowledge of the entire HR function
* Possess the ability to think strategically, be employee-focused, relational, and be a leader
