li Responsible for improving manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees. /li li Implementation of human resource programs including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations. /li li Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion. /li /ul
  br What you need to have for this role: br ul
li At least 5 years of HR experience with a startup and multi-site, multi-state. /li li Good working knowledge of HRIS systems. /li li Bachelors degree in Business and/or Psychology is required. /li li SPHR or PHR certification a plus! /li li span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' Occasional travel as dictated by business necessity.
