span span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' Ajilon has a Direct Hire Human Resource Manager job in Carrollton, TX.  The client is looking for someone with at least eight years’ of experience running an HR department, as well as has experience being the person who has stepped their company off of a PEO plan. You will be the sole person responsible for running the HR department in all capacities. If you are professional and detailed oriented, you may be the candidate we are seeking. br   br As a member of the Regional Human Resources Team, the HR Manager will assist in a variety of Human Resource functions, tasks and projects.  The HR Manager will work closely under the supervision of the CFO and provide important support services in several critical areas. br   br RESPONSIBILITIES br • Full cycle Recruiting including: Posting, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, and Extending Offers. br • Will oversee the on-boarding process for employees nationwide.  This includes sending new hire packets, running background checks, I-9 collection and verifying that employee files are in order on an ongoing basis.  Will ensure that employee file in complete and up to date with current performance evaluations. br • Will update system with new employee information. br • Acting 401K Plan Administrator br • Assists with personnel and change paperwork for existing employees and will be called upon to provide reports on employee status when needed. br • Create relocation packages and assist with the coordinating process. br • Manage annual compensation plan including changes, employee salary and payroll adjustments. br • Manage the open enrollment during our yearly designated period. br • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. br • Write or update Policies and Procedures, Employee Handbook, and training programs br • Assists in administering benefits paperwork in conjunction with our broker. br • Investigates and assists in employee relations process and on resolving employee’s issues. br • Assists managers with preparing performance improvement plans and reviews PIP’s with managers. br • Works with centralized Compensation and Benefits for job evaluation, regional market issues and planned related training activities. br • Works with management on reorganizations, acquisitions, headcount management, turnover and all strategic planning related to human resources issues. br • Prepares HR related reports when requested by senior management. br • Assists in termination process when called upon and responds to unemployment claims. br   br QUALIFICATIONS br • 5+ years of Human Resources experience required. br • B.A. or B.S. degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development or another related discipline. PHR preferred. br • Must be a strong communicator and demonstrate the ability to handle the complexities of an organization experiencing significant growth and culture change. br • Must lead by example and maintain neutrality when working through open HR issues and topics. br • Experience with Word, Excel and Power Point.  Exposure to ADP HR and Payroll systems is a plus but not required. /span br /span
