span ________________________________________ br Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities. br o Builds and maintains partnerships with business leaders to ensure recruiting function meets business needs br o Drives associate engagement br o Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans br o Oversees, communicates and drives the consistent implementation of the company's HR practices, systems, and personnel-related activities in multiple facilities br o Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects br o Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and company policies, procedures for multiple facilities br o Executes human resource (HR) business plans for the regional level br o Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions br o Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity br o Other duties as assigned br Education and/or Experience: br BA/BS Degree in an HR related field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations/Labor Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Management, Organizational Development/Organizational Behavior); or 10 years HR Generalist and Specialist experience supporting a multi-unit/multi-business environment or 6 years of HR experience with at least 4 years of manager-level experience leading an operational unit with responsibility employee strategy. br   br EOE br   br /span
