ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND COMPETENCIES
As the Human Resources Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to assisting in daily employee relations duties, maintaining specific human resource records, bi-weekly payroll processing, developing and running reports, and onboarding new hires.
QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Benchmark Electronics is looking for a career-minded HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT for our Moorpark, CA location. Our client list reads like a Who s Who of Original Equipment Manufacturers requiring precision electronics production capabilities including surface mount technology (SMT) and PCB clean room assembly. Our product lines include equipment for the Semiconductor, Aerospace, Healthcare and Scientific Instrumentation markets.
What would really impress us: * Previous experience in a high volume electronics manufacturing environment * Engaging personality
What we need from you: * High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years of Human Resource experience preferred; 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets * Demonstrate confidentiality * Demonstrate effective communication, both written and verbal * Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills * Ability to work weekends and off-shifts, as needed * Demonstrate basic knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
