JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY This creative and trendy organization based on the West Side (Los Angeles) is seeking a Human Resources Assistant who will be handling internal payroll in addition to various HR related functions. This position is the perfect platform to elevate your career within Human Resources as the company is seeking candidates who have the passion to grown and gain more knowledge within the department.
This position will be shadowing the HR Generalist assisting with additional HR duties such as: recruiting, interviews, creating new hire orientation packets, processing payroll, auditing timecards, etc.

-2+ years working within an HR department.
-Proficient in MS Office.
-3+ years of experience within an Administrative role.
