br ARAMARK Parks amp; Destinations is seeking a self-motivated, detail oriented Human Resources professional to join our Human Resources support team. The Human Resources Associate will provide support to both the corporate based team and field personnel. The Human Resources Associate will directly report to the Vice President of Human Resources.

br Major responsibilities include:
br
br HR Process Support
br 1. Administers the new hire process for newly hired corporateoverhead employees including: pre-hire screening processes, new hire paperwork, relocation, and equipment procurement.
br 2. ReviewsUpdates HRIS information and run reports as necessary.
br 3. Administers approval process for extra pay approval forms and Educational Assistance Program.
br 4. Assists Talent Acquisition Director with distributionCollection of offer letters.
br 5. Assists Talent Acquisition Director with interview process including: schedule coordination, travel planning, and expense reimbursement.
br 6. Supports line of business annual seasonal leave of absence process.
br 7. Provides support to the HR team during various annual processes, including: talent reviews, career development reviews, manager incentive bonus program, and the online salary planning tool administration.
br Employment Relations Support
br 1. Serves as the main point of contact for employee relations calls and correspondence including issues dealing with payroll, benefits, EEO, and HR issues.
br 2. Process Background Checks amp; Drug Screens for newly hired corporate employees.
br 3. Prepare and distribute written correspondence introducing new hires and promotions within Parks amp; Destinat
