JOB DESCRIPTION- Develop strong working relationships with client leadership and employees and deliver timely and effective human resources- Talent Acquisition- Daily monitoring of requisitions in the talent acquisition system.- Coordinating on-site interview schedules with selected candidates and hiring managers.- Scheduling travel for selected candidates.- Scheduling recruiting activities (examples: college career fairs, on-site job fairs).- Benefits/Onboarding- Following-up on administrative items related to the onboarding process.- Providing administrative support with new hire materials.- Coordinating employee activity programs.- Reporting- Assisting with multiple excel based activities and reports.- Creating slides for presentations.- Producing ad hoc projects as needed.- Under direct supervision, uses detailed verbal and written instructions to perform less complex and repetitive tasks.- Applies and develops basic skills in the execution of existing procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment to the position within assigned area.- Assists in some advanced tasks as part of training and development.- Resolves routine questions and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher levels
- BA/BS with 4+ years or experience or MA/MS/MBA with 2+ years of experience.-
Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills- Strong organizational
and time management skills- Knowledge of human resources practices and
policies and applicable state and federal laws- Ability to interface with
senior leadership and provide support for business initiatives- Hands-on
self-starter, capable of juggling multiple priorities with a high level
of positive customer service with detailed accuracy- Excellent computer
skills, including MS Office and HR software applications- Social Media
Knowledge- Knowledge of Diversity & Inclusion or affirmative action compliance-
Strong project management skills - Drug Screen- Background Check- US Citizen
or Green Card Holder
