JOB DESCRIPTIONSuperior Group is looking for a Human Resources Assistant - Level 3 for our Client located in Grand Prairie, TX.
This position will support administrative duties within talent acquisition as well as coordination and on boarding.
Administrative and calendaring support, meeting, facility, catering and purchasing requests.
Focal point for department expense reconciliation.
Support of recruitment activities including greeting candidates, scheduling interviews, booking travel for candidates and employees, assisting with expense reporting and processing of employment applications.
Support of candidate on boarding activities to include I-9 administration, on boarding portal management and new employee orientation support
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Office 2013 suite to include expert use of MS Outlook advanced functionality, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel Prior experience with department expense or budgetary task which could include purchasing or expense reconciliation.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Extremely strong organizational and written communication skills
Previous experience working in a human resources or talent acquisition function Experience working with applicant tracking system software or large corporate on boarding technologies and e-verify
