Human Resources Benefits - Reporting Analyst
Our client seeks an HRIS Analyst or Benefits Analyst who has at least a 4 YEAR DEGREE, PREFERRED IN ACCOUNTING, BUSINESS, HUMAN RESOURCES, OR I.T.
You must also have 2 YEARS WORKDAY EXPERIENCE OR ANY HRIS SYSTEM with an interest in working in the BENEFITS AREA of an HR department with an EMPHASIS OF THEIR POSITION BEING REPORTING AND ANALYSIS.
YOU MUST HAVE EXCELLENT:
* Reporting experience
* Analytics - Workday a plus
* Communication skills
YOU MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN:
* Benefits Administration
* Affordable Care Act
* Other Human Resources functional areas
PROFICIENCY IN ALL MICROSOFT OFFICE SKILLS, ESPECIALLY EXCEL.
SALARY COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE.
