Job Description

As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will provide proactive, day-to-day guidance and support to manufacturing operations on strategic HR initiatives, including employee relations, staffing, training and development, compensation, benefits, communications, associate involvement and team building. You will take a lead role in investigating and responding to all associate relations issues in a thoughtful and pro-active manner. You will offer coaching and advice to leadership and associates on employee relations issues. You will oversee the performance management process including performance improvement and career development plans and succession planning. As an integral member of the domestic manufacturing support team, you will actively engage in daily operations issues from a human resource perspective ensuring corporate strategic initiatives are understood and implemented. You will identify opportunities and implement change to positively impact and move the business forward. Qualifications: College degree plus a minimum of 5 years of experience. PHR/SPHR certification is preferred. Strong communication skills with an ability to build credible internal and cross functional relationships. Inspires confidence and respect and influences others positively. Proven ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion. Must model responsible leadership and Company Core Values of teamwork, integrity and total customer satisfaction. Demonstrated ability to actively incorporate new learning, skills, technologies, ideas and innovations in an effort to move Company forward.
