Human Resource Coordinator ?This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a career and long term growth with the company. We are a well-known production/Logistics company that is looking for someone to be responsible for providing administrative support to the managers and the Director, assisting with employee relations, and handling correspondence with the HR department. Must know Benefits and Payroll.
?Familiarity with state and federal laws governing benefits administration, leaves, workers? compensation administration required.
?Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or other related field is preferred.
?3+ years of experience in benefits or related benefits administration.
?Thorough knowledge of office practices and employee benefits procedures.
?Computer experience in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
?Experience working with an HR information database system, required.
?Experience with ADP is a plus.
?Benefits database experience preferred.
