Brookdale Healthcare Services is looking for a Home Health Human Resources Coordinator to provide services in the Charlotte area. Join a dynamic team of health care providers focused on health, wellness and prevention for all our patients.

Your responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service and general HR support to BHS communities
* Maintain employee personnel files, including federal I-9 Compliance and licensure verifications
* Process all required paperwork and employee notifications
* Function as a liaison between vendors and employees, advising employees on eligibility, coverage and other benefit matters
* Coordinate and process new hire paperwork, including background checks and new hire forms
* Provide support to field HR Directors and managers
* Ensure completion of termination paperwork

Required skills and qualifications:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor's degree preferred
* Two years of related office experience and/or training
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
