Human Resources Coordinator - Global Technology Company
If your looking to join a team orientated HR department in a Coordinator role that provides excellent visibility, access to senior management, and the opportunity to leverage all your current human resources experience you will find it here at Emulex. You will have ownership to help implement and successfully execute Emulex?s Corporate training programs, plus help support other significant HR business related projects. You will also be responsible for the coordination of new hire on-boarding, helping create new and exciting employee referral programs, as well as provide administrative support to our college intern/recruitment initiatives.

Requirements:

As our HR Coordinator working out of our Costa Mesa, CA headquarters, you will be the point person for many of our daily HR functions. Previous experience working within a technology company is required as you navigate the various Engineering departments supporting their HR needs. Step up your game in project management and let your creativity emerge as your main charge will be to help implement and manage our new corporate training program! Your ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment will allow you to be successful in managing our employee referral programs, support new hire on-boarding, coordinate new hire paperwork, orientation schedules, IT requests and more. Additional responsibilities include assisting our Staffing Manager with recruiting by helping support our growing college internship program. Being able to utilize your past HRIS experience will be an asset as you help assit the HR team with a new HRIS implementation and trainings. If you are cool under pressure, can manage changing priorities and and strive for perfection in everything that you do, this role will lead you into bigger and more strategic projects with increasing responsibility and propel you upwards within our HR organization!
