JOB DESCRIPTIONWell-known company looking to hire a Human Resources Coordinator.
Recruitment, benefits, training, employee engagement, sorting, stuffing and distributing paychecks. Assists with processing of terminations. Assists with the preparation of the performance review process. Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow up letters at the end of the recruiting process. Assist with new employee new hire orientation, drafting offer letters, schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the director of HR. Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions. Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files. Assists or prepares correspondence. Prepares new employee files.Processes mail. Additional duties, as necessary.
**Experience with processing payroll and Workers Compensation a PLUS!
Bilingual Spanish is a plus but NOT mandatory.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelors or Associates degree is Preferred. Must be Proficient with Microsoft Word-Excel-Outlook. Must have strong administrative support experience and excellent communication skills. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must posses strong telephone etiquette, communications and organizational skills. Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
