Naval Nuclear Laboratory
Naval Nuclear Laboratory is looking for an Experienced
EEO Professional to join it's growing team! The
Diversity, Inclusion and EEO Professional will be a
member of the Employee Relations team within the Human
Resources department. This position will provide
leadership in establishing a strategic Diversity and
Inclusion approach aligned with the company's strategic
direction and the Human Resources strategic priorities,
including becoming an employer of choice that offers
employment experiences, an inclusive, respectful
environment and where everyone is engaged and proud to
work at BMPC.
The position is also responsible for Affirmative
Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Programs. Ensures
development, analysis and effective follow-up management
for all AAP/EEO compliance related reports. Position is
responsible for analyzing and interpreting data.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Human
Resources professional who desires an experience in
creating and implementing the company's Diversity and
* BS / BA in Human Resources Management, Business
Management/Administration or equivalent degree from
an accredited college or university and a minimum of
nine years of relevant experience OR MS degree in
Human Resources Management, Business
Management/Administration from an accredited college
or university and a minimum of seven years of
* Experience in Diversity and Inclusion programs
* Experience in EEO and AAP oversight and compliance.
* Experience with Federal or State agency compliance
