Human Resources Generalist - Golden Opportunity
Human Resources professional to assist with implementing policies and procedures in reference to compensation, benefits, training, peak performance. Must know the labor laws, employment laws, FMLA. Will be managing up to 8 employees in two locations an will be conducting performance reviews. They have two locations - one in Riverside and one in Menifee. This person will travel from home to one location and back. Must be comfortable with this. A team player attitude. This is a smaller business so this employee must be able to wear multiple hats and in the future will be required to obtain their P&C license. Benefits are offered 1 year after employment and vacation is earned over time.

Bilingual spanish is preferred.
