Five+ years of human resources generalist experience; Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures; Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office; Knowledge of employment/labor laws;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency and implement change; Desires to work as a team with a results driven approach.

Administer compensation and benefit plans; Participates with recruiting programs, interviewing, screening, evaluating and selecting qualified applicants; Interprets human resources policies, counsels employees concerning work related problems and conducts termination interviews; Promoting HR programs to promote an efficient and conflict-free workplace; Assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies; Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics; Maintain employee files and records.
